Wonderful small hotel in great location.
jackfrost0904on 07/07/2016 04:25Took a chance on this hotel as it was located across the street from the train station. We were incredibly thrilled by our choice. The staff was inviting, friendly, and accommodating. There is a lift, but you will likely have to carry your bags up a few stairs in any event. The room was nicely sized and the bathroom was well stocked and comfortable. We had a room overlooking the street, so were concerned about possible street noise. There we absolutely no issues, as there were two windows in the thick walls and we heard nothing from the street below. We had a double bed and a single, so they were very comfortable. It was a fast walk from the gare and we walked to many of the sites from this location. Would highly recommend and would be happy to visit again.
Well placed
Smithfitson 05/06/2016 17:49Well situated for our cycling the Loire a Velo. They had limited cycle storage but managed to get them all in. The receptionist was delightful and helped us with queries at our next hotel.
Close to the station and supermarket and a very good Cambodian restaurant, Angkor, around the corner in Rue d'Anjou. Worth a try.
Rooms were on the small side but fine for our one night. Breakfast was very good.
Small, nice hotel
Petri Pon 26/04/2016 10:29The hotel is small and located on the outskirts of the city center. The place is quiet and the room tidy. The service is friendly. Breakfast is a good average. The hotel favors ecological products and choices. Train station to the hotel is only a few hundred meters.
Friendly convienent business hotel, but disappointing if you are here for leisure
stmalo7on 05/12/2015 16:09This hotel is convenient to the train station, and is next to an outdoor bus station, which was right below our second floor window. The immediate vicinity is not that nice, but within a few blocks walk you there are nice residential and commercial streets with good restaurants and shops. The rooms are furnished with sub-IKEA quality furnishings--very basic and functional. The pictures make the rooms look more comfortable and luxurious than they are. The breakfast buffet was very good--better than at most hotels we stayed at in France. I think this hotel would be a good choice for a business traveller who is looking for a hotel that is convenient to the train station, has a good breakfast, and has a friendly, helpful staff. However, there are much nicer options in Angers if you are here on a leisure trip.
Near station but a bit noisy

Room is small and a bit noisy due to near station.
The elevator did not exactly reach all room, I end up bring my big luggage up and down.
Also wifi access system is not convenient, need one id per device
