When we visited a couple of months ago for a quick cup of coffee we thought it would be nice to stay at this hotel.
And it was. The room in modern, but be aware that it's an old hotel with wooden floors and quite thin walls. So you could hear your neighbouring visitors talk and walk. The bath was a bit mouldy, but everything else was decent.
When going for dinner we had a look at the menu and I have to say it was not our cup of tea. I think in some Belgian restaurants they think they only have to serve exclusive food, but what's wrong with a burger and fries? Or a steak with fries? Or sate? Yes they are ordinary, but you will no doubt attract more people to your restaurant and hotel. Especially young people. But also having food during the whole afternoon would be good. Every other restaurant in Bouillon is closed between 14:00hrsand 18:00hrs in the off season. In other words, make sure you bring some lunch.
The bed in the room is very comfortable. We slept like a baby. And the breakfast was very nice too.
All in all it is a good hotel if you plan to stay for a night in the off season. Longer is not necessary.

We enjoyed the gastronomic diner, had a good sleep in the comfort rooms, had a rivate parking space, and very important we were aloud to bring our dogs, and the were even offered water by the staff, veru good points.

Nice hotel. Excellent diner & breakfast. Friendly staff. The room was ok. Situated at the back of the hotel. Good night rest. The bathroom was a bit outdated but all the rest made up for it. Nice starting point for hiking in the Bouillon region.

Very good hotel , older interior but very hygienic , friendly staff , perfect in centre of Bouillon , very good food in restaurant , breakfast top ! Fast check in , parking unter the hotel 13 euro/day

Just a nice hotel with excellent breakfast and great restaurant. Perfect to visit Bouillon and the surroundings. No "negative" comments (only the corridors could have an update ... We had the smallest room on the streetsite and it was comfortable and quiet during night. We could recommend this hotel to visitors of Bouillon
