I spend one night at this hotel, cause everything was full and this was the only one with availability.... so, if you are in a hurry and only looking for a place to sleep in Campeche go and choose this one.. the location is not touristic at all, the rooms are big and for the price are good, but the staff is not very attentive, the hot water had a bit of problems in our room and the A/C is a bit noisy.. again, it was good to have a place to sleep in, but not for leisure purposes...

Unfortunately had to stay here on my way to Cancun.... wife thought it was a good idea as the price was decently low for one night stay and with out looling for reviews reserved the place. Very shady part of town bad quality towels, sheets, etc... if you can avoid it... There are plenty kf hotels around... nice city with plenty of hotels

This is a bare and simple hotel. The room is basically furnished, that no atmosphere radiated. The only plus I can give to this hotel is the garden with its swimming pool. That looks nice. Looking for a hotel with a bit of atmosphere then you should not stay here.

We booked this hotel in a rush, noted it was ranked as a 4 star so assumed it should be ok, when we arrived it was a different story, the hotel is drab, in a unpleasant area, poorly maintained, extremely basic and in need of a lot of money to fix it up to any kind of acceptable standard, we went in, looked at the room and walked out and checked into another hotel, to summarise avoid at all cost.

Called this hotel two weeks prior to trip to confirm their listing as PET FRIENDLY. They confirmed YES, we are pet friendly. Made a reservation based on that information. The morning of the same day as arrival, called TWICE AGAIN to confirm reservation and pet friendly. Again, YES, pet friendly. When we reached hotel in Campeche, we called for specific directions and the desk girl had us running all over town for over one hour.......this all after a 7 hour drive to reach the hotel. Then, when we finally found the hotel, we entered with the dogs (2 small) and were told NO PETS! And, the girl at the desk was smoking a cigarette directly in front of the NO SMOKING SIGN. The hotel was DIRTY, the reception was RUDE and completely unhelpful. We had to return to our car and drive 2.5 hours to reach Merida at midnight all because of complete lack of service and misinformation. They would have to PAY ME and I still would not stay there.
