Disappointing stay. I wish I'd seen reviews before booking!
Great location and could be a great little boutique hotel but dirty, tired and didn't feel secure.
Staff on front desk always helpful and friendly. Must be depressing for them to have to deal with people who arrive and think 'what a dump.'
Towels and sheets clean but bed perhaps 20 years old. Carpets and floors stained.
2 out of 3 window locks broken. A ground floor room (14) with alleyway access from front and rear. No safe.

The place was an absolute dump. There was no heat in the room, no curtain on the window and the door would not lock. There is no way these rooms are legal. They need to be reported. This is the worst hotel I have ever seen.

It has been the worst hotel I have ever stayed! Staying in a hotel at summer without air-conditioning and impaired fan particularly smelling old carpets and furniture!! I was counting my fingers to get out of this hell!

This hotel is a total dump and considering its price should be a lot better. The hotel offers parking at $12 per night and it's location is within walking distance of the restaurants and shops in B Hills. The hotel however badly needs renovating and/or redecorating; it's clearly been is a state of decline for some time now and desperately needs money spending on it.
The room we stayed in was disgusting and the bathroom, well, words fail me!! My partner felt unsafe in the hotel at night, especially after listening to a guy pleasuring himself in the hallway. Probably one of if not the worst hotels we've ever stayed in.
