i stayed 2 nights in this hotel for this first time travel to valencia, i found it well located to discover this beautiful city. The rooms are nice and specious but the view of some of them is not good. the staff is nice also and helpful. i recommand this hotel for the travellers wishing to go to Valencia and for those who go also for football matches as the stadium is just 20min from the hotel.

As we stayed for a week we treated ourselves to a junior suite which was large, airy and comfortable with loads of storage. There are also tea and coffee making facilities, English channels on the TV and nice toiletries. The Breakfast Room in on the first floor ( there are eight floors) where a good breakfast is served - lots of fresh fruit, delicious pastries and good coffee. On a few mornings the room was very busy though staff cleared tables and replenished the buffet very quickly. The Hotels position is second to none - 10 minutes walk to the old town and 15 minutes walk to the City of Arts and Sciences through the lovely Turia park . Within walking distance are literally hundreds of great bars and restaurants seemingly patronised by locals as well as tourists. The hotel is 10 minutes flat walk from Colon Metro which is on a direct line from the airport.

I had a very good stay in Hotel Dimar, loved the interior design of the suite and cleanliness of the establishment in general. The staff is helpful and very friendly.
Good breakfast, central location. Very good value for money! Earplugs are recommended for rooms at the street side, though. I would stay again in Dimar.

This is what I would call a modern-style hotel very close to the city centre, actually the area where it is located might be considered a part of Valencia big city centre.
The approach is really practical and you notice that at first glance while watching the uniforms of the staff at the front desk, quite informal according to the traditional standards but regulated in any case.
As an extension to the lobby also at the ground floor, you find an open multifunctional space where internet connexion is available as well as a small bar with coffee and informal food available provided you ring a designated bell to request assistance from the crew.
The rooms seem to be recently refurbished with modern and functional pieces of furniture and fully equipped; mini-bar, kettle-jug and associated pottery, spacious cabinet featuring a safe and even ¡an iron! inside, with a modern but not “shiny” decoration. Other than that the bathroom is also spacious with enough “coloured” toiletries such as gel, shampoo, body cream and hand soap. A hair drier and magnifying mirror complete the scene…

Hotel Dimar is a lovely hotel, and is very central, near all the sights. The staff are very helpful and the housekeeping was excellent. I would stay in the Hotel Dimar again. The taxi rank is very close by and is handy for getting to the airport.
