First floor "deluxe" room No114. Clean and functional twin room. (Mother and daughter travelling together). Kettle and fridge. no safe but free security lockers available. Free wi-fi. Very helpful staff. Simple breakfast choice: Indian, omelette, toast and fresh fruit. Sadly the colour of the decor made everything look sad and drab.
Excellent location and safe to walk about in the evening. Next to Taj Hotel and Gateway of India (where can get boats to Elephanta Island). Short walk to Prince of Wales Museum (Excellent displays), National Gallery of Modern Art, and Regal Cinema. In short walking distance to lovely restaurants and cafes of Colaba district. Delicious food at Copper Chimney (opposite Jehangir Art Gallery). Rep and guide also recommended the following near by: Ali Baba, Delhi Darbar, Indigo, Leopolds, and Bademiya.
Overall would recommend if you just want your hotel to be a base. Would stay again due to excellent location and friendly helpful staff.

We were here as a family in two rooms with small children. The staff was very helpful and the location is great, just across the street on the backside of the Taj hotel. It is within walking distance from the parks, museums and tourist attractions.
The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable in the bathrooms were clean. I booked this hotel through Expedia and I had stayed here for one night is about 20 years ago so I was familiar with the area and the hotel.
We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return to this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Mumbai

Hotel is in a great location, opposite the Taj Hotel. Staff were friendly, room was clean. Their elevator was old and not too sure about its safety. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. I would say this hotel would suit someone traveling on a budget for a few days, I thought it was worth the price.

The Hotel location is perfect if you want to shop and explore the Colaba area. Our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was average. I recommend this Hotel to South Africans wanting comfort and not wanting to pay an excessive amount.

We had booked our room here owing to the great reviews that we had read around it across platforms but on the contrary we found the place pretty average. The best thing was the location - just at the back side of Taj palace and on top of Colaba social, it was walking distance from all the good places in colaba.
The breakfast buffet was below average & the place was a little shady.
