It has a great location which is close to the train station and Sita bus terminal. There are lots of self service laundry shop nearby. This helped me a lot for my 2-week stay in Italy! :)
The interior is stylishly decorated. Rooms are well equipped. The building has two lifts and I had hardly ever waited for more than 1 minute for that XD

Location is across street from Florence SM Novella Station. Walking distance to main tourist attractions. Clean room. Big balcony area but dusty (anyway, we didnt use it). Breakfast average. Overall is good.

When I saw the photos and read the reviews of this hotel I booked it immediately. It seemed to have what I wanted and sure it does. It is conveniently located across Stazione Santa Maria Novella, and within walking distance of Mercato Centrale, Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Academia Gallery.
The hotel staff is very helpful and nice. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and the bed is very comfortable.
The variety of food served at breakfast is good and if you ask they even have gluten free bread.

The hotel's exterior is not attractive, but it is quite modern and nice inside. The staff was very pleasant and the bartender was very patient with our large group. The train/ bus terminal is directly across the street with many shops, restaurants and historical sites within walking distance.

Easy, convenient location across from railroad station, walking distance to Duomo, and only three blocks to car rental agencies. It worked great for our short visit and transfer of transportation from rail to automobile.
