We were a family in search of a cheap and good hotel for a few hours before our train. Though it was a prime location, being on the ring road itself, it was tucked between two big showrooms and was a tad difficult to find. However, we liked their interiors and the welcoming environment of the staff. Our check-in was quick and were guided to our rooms. Owing to less space, the hotel seems to be crushed in with small lanes for moving inside. Nevertheless, we were glad to see our rooms were in congruent to the photos uploaded everywhere.
The room was comfortable with all the amenities present and working. Be it air conditioning or refrigerator or shower etc, everything was good. There was a mini bar too along with snack tray (paid). We thought that it might be noisy as it was just besides the main road but to our surprise, the place is quite. We had our lunch ordered from the pantry which was also scrumptious, as opposed to some reviews which we read.
We were there for a few hours only but paid for the full day. They should introduce the system of hourly basis or a 6 hour basis payment for travelers/tourists like us. Though the room price was cheap, it became expensive for us owing to the time spent by us.
Best: Serenity, calmness in the hotel as well as the rooms.

When we booked the hotel (built in a residential area) we did not realise that it was just on the Ring road making it a busy, noisy but convenient location - shopping, restaurants, mall, cinema etc.
The hotel itself is a small one with all the rooms on every floor opening into the lobby which has the elevator in the centre.
The air conditioning is controlled from the reception, the glass panel of the shower cubicle did not stop the water while showering from trickling out and the breakfast did not appeal to us at all.
Despite all this, the staff and the service was good and quick.

We got the executive room which was very spacious, for under rs. 3000/-. With breakfast. The room had all the amenities. The staff was very courteous and helpful. They even out of their way to arrange a phone charger for me.

We stayed for a wedding and all the arrangements were perfect...
There was some delay in service but mainly due to number of guests during that time.
We had booked around 35 rooms.
Overall it was a good experience.

I got here in the afternoon, and having not had much sleep during my flight, wanted to sleep. This was not possible for a number of reasons:
- The rooms are right up against the lobby. Not tucked away down some hallways, but right up against the lobby, with even a window to the lobby, which fortunately has a curtain.
- Renovations were ongoing. The room next door had sawing and hammering. Upstairs and downstairs, everywhere there were power tools being used, making it impossible to sleep.
- Kids running and screaming, hotel stuff yelling.
- Air conditioning that I was unable to turn off. True, I probably could have asked for help, but surely some intuitive controls would have been helpful. I'm not some geriatric luddite, I'm very tech-literate.
The WiFi speed was poor. The hot water was luke-warm.
The bed was fine, and the room in general didn't have any problems.
