It was nice stay here. I was there with my wife. Hotel room was amazing with very comfortable bed. Room had everything required and was spotless. Internet very good and included in the price. Helpful and welcoming staff.

A nice hotel to stay but initially we had to request for cleaning, not toiletries were provided. the food service was also very good and tasty. over all i will say a nice hotel,

I stayed in this hotel on 1-Jan-2017 for one day and found the hotel very clean.
The room was big with a balcony. Location is just next to the mall road.
The service was very quick as the staff was quick to respond in maximum 5 minutes. The hotel has a personal parking space. The manager was very polite and helpful.
food from hotel kitchen was tasty and like home cooked meal.

Hotel management is just not concerned. Snacks and food is bad. Looking at the quality of pakoras, we preferred not to take breakfast though it was included in package. There is no buffet breakfast. We stayed at superior room... size ok and cleanliness is good. Location is good.

We stayed there during June,2016. We had booked super delux room, but what they offered us was delux room at ground floor without any balcony. When i complained to them that we are feeling suffocated in such a small room, they agreed to change the room the next day. Super deluxe room had mini-fridge, balcony and was a bit larger than the previous room. They ought to reserve the specific room if someone has done booking online. Moreover for breakfast they said it has a limit of 100rs per person though it was a complimentary breakfast and I couldn't see any such limits on the website. Wifi was hell slow.
