Dreams Hotel is the best one in Temuco city. It's location is great, as avenida Alemania is the best comercial street in Temuco. It is a medium size hotel, very comfortable. You can walk to several restaurants and shops nearby.

Relatively new, well equipped and professionally staffed hotel in Temuco. A great business choice and very reasonably priced for the service and quality. Well located near the center of city and several good restaurants within easy walking distance

I visit the hotel once a month. The staff is very friendly, the service is very good.
It's worth the visit if you are in Temuco for business.
Rooms are comfortable, you can have a very good sleep. There is no noise from the outside.
Breakfast is good enough to start the morning.

It is a large hotel with nice rooms. Rather clean hotel. Service is good. Rooms are standard for such a hotel. The showers are great.
The restaurant however is not very special. Dinner and breakfast not very good.

If you go to a place that charge you the value of this hotel at least you expect to have no noise in your room, right? well definitely this place overcharge you as you CAN not sleep close to the elevators due to the noise that they do... an as this place is a Casino so they work during the haul night... so DO NOT choose these rooms and if the concierge put you in one of these, ask to change your location right away... or suffer the consequences...
