Great Location in Beautiful Bellagio
Katherine Bon 12/11/2017 04:11You can see Hotel Du Lac as you come across Lake Como from Vareena by ferry. The Pier is right opposite the hotel so in two minutes you are in reception being greeted by a lovely smile & friendly face from the lovely staff who are very knowledgeable & very passionate about there piece of paradise.
Our room was spotless Loved having a bath & shower! Had a lovely little balcony to let the fresh air in looking up/down on the cobblestone laneway below.
Italy is expensive but we thought Hotel Du Lac was pretty reasonably priced compared to some places we stayed in. Would definitely recommend it.
Wonderful place to stay over looking Lake Como
JT73VTon 09/11/2017 19:01Hotel du Lac was a tremendous. The restaurant food was exceptional and the staff helpful and pleasant. Great location across from the ferry and boats. We traveled all around Lake Como and had afternoon wine on the hotel's top deck over looking the city and lake.

Wonderful reception and hosts. The room was comfortable, elegantly decorated... nothing 'over the top' and essentially, just really good. I'll stay again....as soon as I can

Adamw1978on 05/11/2017 07:41The only thing going for this hotel is the location and it’s view, which the hotel are aware of by the extortionate nightly room rate. The bathroom smelt of drains, was very dated and had a marked/scratched bathtub. The room offered no complimentary items such as water or dressing gown, which for €250 a night is not acceptable. Breakfast had the feeling of eating in an old people’s home and food options again were not in line with room rates. The hotel clearly feel people will be happy with the view alone, so if you choose to stay here, be aware that’s the only pleasurable thing you’ll get for the price.

Staff are great- always happy to assist and rooms are quiet with great beds for the weary traveller 👍
Our room is overlooking the lake with a great water view and this hotel is very central for your visit to Bellagio- worth a review of coming to visit this very pretty town.
Hotel has a restaurant and bar on street level and is a great place for a beverage and meeting friends or Just to relax and watch the people and the world stroll by🇮🇹☕️
