Situated just outside of Lourdes this is a great value stop over with a delightful and generous host. A lovely home cooked evening meal as part of the half board option with enough choices for everyone. Clean and tidy with nothing to criticise at all. Great value too. Recommended.

Very friendly greeting by staff. We had room only and chose to eat à la carte as sometimes demi pension can be disappointing - we made the right choice! The meals were excellent and the service friendly and efficient. On the downside, the rooms were rather tired and old fashoined (candlewick bedspreads???!) and ours had a view of dead plants on a flat rooftop! Bathroom needed updating too. Very little outside space and on a road. There is a visitors lounge, however, with big TV, games etc and lovely mountain view. There is also somewhere to store cycles. It was inexpensive and is excellently placed just south of Lourdes with easy access to all the lovely bits of that area of the Pyrenees. Also within easy reach of Pau, a must visit small city. On balance, we would use it again for a short break (lack of storage space in room would make long stay difficult).
