This was our second stay at the hotel and we again enjoyed it very much. Although quite small, the room was elegantly furnished in white and grey with a comfortable bed, good linen, modern bathroom and wooden floors. The Illy coffee machine is a nice touch. Like the last time, we found parking no problem. One of the hotel's best features is its central location close to the main square with a wide range of cafes, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.

The Vis a Vis is located next to the Main Square in Trieste with a lot of opportunities to dine and shop. The rooms are nice and cosy. The only difficulty is to find the Hotel and the parking Situation is difficult. The hospitality was great.

I like this hotel for several reasons . It's kind of exclusive. You don't bump into tourists all the time because the people that stay here are business people. There are no children or pets which is very good for your rest after work . The beds are comfortable , the room is nice and they have illy café in machines in the room as courtesy . The breakfast is superb.

This is an "annex" to the Grand Duchi, and the guests can use all amenities in the main hotel (under renovation). But you have to cross the street each time, and this detracts from an otherwise great hotel.

This was our first trip to Trieste. We chose the Hotel Duchi Vis a Vis from the favourable reviews on Trip Advisor and we were not disappointed We had a spacious, light room with a view of the harbour. The shower room was great and we enjoyed having a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is served across the street in the Duchi d'Aosta and is very good. The Vis a Vis is very centrally located with many bars and restaurants an easy walk away. The staff were very helpful and we made use of their valet parking service which was reasonably priced. The Hotel Duchi Vis a Vis represents great value for money.
