It is an average hotel. I didnt find neither any special feature nor any flaw.
We went there 2014 June with family. We had 2 rooms.
Amenities were fine. ACs were working. Washrooms were OK.
Balcony was opening toward bus stand side but we didnt like to sit there because heavy PVC electric cables were passing through there which were giving us bad feeling.
If you go there only for Mata Ji darshan and not to enjoy the rooms then its good for family.

It was a nice hotel in katra,we stayed there for two nights. hotel facilities were above our expectations. staff was well trained and well mannered. hotel was neat and clean. room was nice. over all we like the place a lot. looking forward to stay there,whenever we get chance to go there again.

It was winter when we went to Vaishno Devi, and we stayed here. A clean hotel with good rooms, near the temple. Good service and a cafe on the ground floor, so you don't even need to go out. Staff was also good and rates were not high.

My Family had a pathetic and unpleasant stay, stay in govt house but dont stay here. Service boys are more than the bosses and you will be lucky if you got through them. Walla, washrooms and rooms are so unhygienic that the kids fall ill after coming back from this stupid hotel.

Overall a nice stay,located near the bus stop.Bathroom and rooms were clean.hospitality was good.Budget stay Hotel though the pictures shown are fake.The hotel remind reminds you of old ages with the big corridors whereas Interior was well maintained.Apart from the decor overall stay was good.
