Stayed at Hotel Dwarka with family for 2 days. The hotel is at a walking distance from the ST Bus Stand but the approach lanes are really narrow. The hotel however has a beautiful location and the property overlooks the valley. In the evenings the weather was cold and breezy and the entire hotel was covered with fog. You can truly enjoy the weather sitting at the patio (every room has one). The rooms are clean but not in their best shape. They smell damp and old. The linen was dirty and I had to get it changed twice. The blankets were smelling as if they haven't been washed after they were used by previous guests. They only serve vegetarian food and DO NOT take any orders post 10 PM. The hot water supply is also only available until 9 AM. These rules made us feel like we are staying in a hostel! If you are vacationing you don't really wish to run against time. The staff is however friendly and sweet and accommodates your requests. The food is OK, nothing great. If you are a non-vegetarian, you have to step out to eat. Haven't seen alcohol on the premises.

We reached Mahabaleswar without any prior booking to any hotel. After reaching there we booked 2 rooms in this hotel for 2 nights.
Rooms are found spacious, all equipments like TV, AC, Fan and Lights are OK. we booked Room No.06 & 07. But all the Rooms are not good and maintained properly.
Location of this Hotel is good. Calm and Quite place. Views are available from some rooms.
Service of this hotel not at all good and behavior of staffs are also terrible.We felt the rooms are over priced and management took the chance to increase the rates during any weekend and Holidays.

I have book 2 night fir 2 rooms through goibibo.com. At the time of booking I have requested by con call to goibibo & hotel for early check in, at that time both have confirm me. Surprise at the time of on 3 February, same person Mr. Santosh hotel Manager deny for early check in. Same time I called to Goibibo.com, they also giving so many excuses.
Anyway room is very dirty, small, bathroom is waste condition pls avoid this hotel. Hot water is available only till 9 am only, bed sheet are very dirty poor housekeeping. Hotel Manager needs training how to behave with customer.

nice location and view is the only good thing I can say about this hotel and unprofessional staff, poorly maintained room, poor quality and expensive food, poor service are only few of the bad things I can say about this hotel.
