Extremely pathetic services had been provided. Room lock was not available. No charger point. Insects were roaming in the room. Toilet flush was not working at all.
Disappointed the staff behavior as well. I am not recommending anyone to stay at this hotel.

Hotel is in the city area. Near to Historical places. Easy to travel.
Excellent service. Always smiling staff.
Specially Deepak, Rahul, Madhu, and kitchen staff.
Foods are tasty, having Indian and Chinese foods.
Recommend for everybody.

The room was quite clean and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was average. The hotel can be better if the internet was more consistent (it kept going off sometimes) and if there was no need to wait 15min to get the hot shower working. Overall, ideal for a short stay for those on a budget.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 Nights. The rooms are clean, but very old. The walls are chipped and wet in some places. The Television in our room was having fungal issues, so couldn't use it.
Location is good. Near to shopping places and metro stations are in walk-able distance.

I was on exchange from Canada for an internship, where the East Inn Hotel was my home for 2 months. It was my first time in India, and the manager of the hotel made my experience more than memorable. He went out of his way to ensure I was able to explore the beauty of what India has to offer, and that my trip was not always focused on work. He is a shining star that made this hotel feel like a home. I always felt safe, with a clean room and more than hospitable staff. In the heat of Delhi summer, the room was a cold haven to escape to with A/C that was more than adequate. The wifi was a little troublesome at times, but I believe it was being fixed after my departure.
