A very pleasnt week long stay. We stayed in a junior suite with lake view & large balcony with loungers. The suite had been upgraded. Food was good and staff very helpful especially to my partner who had dietary issues. The only negative was location; up a steep slope and acrooss the busy road, although there is an underground passageway to the Lakeside promenade walkway.
Not suitable for people with mobility issues. You need a vehicle to get around.

Charming, pet-friendly hotel in a wonderful location. Very pleasant staff. Good food, pretty beach reserved for guests, nice heated pool. The hotel is accessible; guests with limited mobility might find it difficut to get to the beach, but otherwise it is an excellent and reasonably priced choice.

We chose this hotel simply on the basis that it offered a gluten-free holiday option for our 9 year old son who suffers from type I diabetes and coeliac disease but it surpassed our expectations on every level.
Their ability to cater for our specific dietary requirements was exemplary - they made our son feel 'special' rather than 'unusual'; they did not just have gluten free 'options' they had a fully integrated gluten free policy - meals, snacks, breakfast - even down to gluten free biscuits with coffee that our son could steal!
The staff were totally accommodating, friendly, informative and attentive. The Hotel was clean and well serviced and our junior suite had a magnificent lake view. The pool was clean, well kept and never overcrowded and the magnificent terrace provides a wonderful location for dinner or a drink. The hotel had a homely feel and a great atmosphere which could not fail to rub off on the residents. The variety and quality of the food as part of our half-board package was perfectly adequate for our needs.
The hotel has easy access to the lake residents have options to use shared facilities of the sister hotel on the lake-side. There are two quaint ports within a short walk in either direction of the lake providing easy-access to local bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Excellent ferry and bus service from the ports provide a good transport link to other cities around the lake.
Only a 40 min transfer from Verona airport too which allowed us to maximise our holiday. We'll definitely be back at the soonest opportunity.

We stayed 5 nights in a superior room with seaview. The room was newly renovated in a very tasteful way! We could not have choosen a better hotel: It was cosy and familiar, the food (halfboard) was delicious, the staff were very helpfull and the seaview magnificent! Our kids (aged 9 and 10) especially appreciated the heated pool! We really hope to come back!!

The hotel is modern, clean, well laid out and with friendly informative staff. It has made our stay memorable and very pleasurable and we look forward to the day when we can return on holiday again at this hotel.
We stayed in the superior room with patio. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The shower was clean,hot and powerful. The views from our room and the front of the hotel are truly stunning.
Sitting on the private beach was a very enjoyable as was the hotel swimming pool .
The food was of visibly good quality and plentiful...It was very good value and we both enjoyed all our meals including breakfast.
One of the most important things for us was the hotels understanding of gluten-free and they truly excelled in this which was very reassuring for my partner allowing her to fully enjoy her holiday.
The location for shops, bus stops and ferries is very good . It is only a short walk to all of these.
We have very much enjoyed our stay with the Consolini Family and have had one of our most enjoyable and relaxing holidays ever.
