AbiRoseJon 13/11/2017 12:40Booked this hotel to travel on my own. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and breakfast was decent. Food could have been better but it is 3star cheap hotel so I didn't expect too much. Don't go half board with this place tho as so many places literally around the corner to eat at. Location was perfect. Right in the centre of the town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The pool was clean and staff came out to ask if you wanted a drink while you were sat by it. I would recommend if you want a cheap and cheerful holiday!

marcos034on 13/11/2017 00:56Hotel Eden is set in a fantastic location with less than a 5 minute walk to the main square,less than 15 min walk to the port and 2 min from supermarket.
Luigi and Michael made wonderful job, the service and the recommendations for local restaurants, day trips, transfers to the airport etc.
The hotel is very clean, nice rooms with wifi access just for 5 euros a day.
If you choose the superior rooms you have stunning views of Mont vesuvious and bay of Naples.

Great choice in Sorrento
luckydayontheroad2on 11/11/2017 23:51If you are looking for a clean central friendly and quite hotel the Eden is the best choice in Sorrento. There is a very nice garden and cozy pool. It s location is amazing very close to Tasso square and city center. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms very new and clean. All the staff is very friendly and helpfull. We can t wait to come back

MrSuggs01on 09/11/2017 08:29This is probably not the worst Hotel in the world, but in 30 years of travel for business and for pleasure, it’s the worst I’ve ever stayed in. After a lot of research, we booked a French balcony room in the nice traditional Mediterranean style Eden hotel, or so we thought. It seems Thomas Cook can oversell their advertised type of accommodation compared to their actual allocation in the hotel, so it is a lottery to what room you get on arrival. Their alternative rooms are not in the main hotel, they are up a labyrinth of stairs and corridors (no direct lift access) to an ugly soulless square box of a building that looks like a prison from the outside, and even worse on the inside (no photos of this building on their web site…Hmmm I wonder why). And not a French balcony in sight. Just the smell of raw sewage when someone flushed a toilet above in a room above ours, sharing the shower with some stubborn mould, all the un matching furniture in our room needed some sort of repair, and directions to these rooms stuck on the corridor walls with Sellotape. Our room number on the door was also a piece of paper stuck on with Sellotape. Thomas cook said they were sorry we weren’t happy with our alternative room. I wasn’t unhappy, I was absolutely livid. The hotel staff spoke perfect English when we ordered drinks and food from the bar, but when I tried to calmly complain about our room, their reply was “I no understand what you saying”, and the chap on reception became very rude after that. There were plenty of empty French Balcony rooms available in the main hotel the whole time during my visit, but both Thomas Cook and the Hotel refused to move us to one. We just wanted the room as advertised on their website and confirmed on our booking form.

franco161on 05/11/2017 16:34Hotel Eden is very confortable place,nice room,good breakfast a buffet,wonderful management by Mr Luigi.The Hotel is nice with swimming pool,private parking (very important for Sorrento),snack bar and a lot of tree and flower(lemon and orange).Room clean and confortable,good price and centre town behind via Correale.
