central location, but hotel is run down
katharina kon 19/09/2017 11:38On the first sight the room looked fine - however it has not been maintained at all; the small fridge didn't work at all, the toilet seat was broken and just taped together, one light was burnt out. When I asked for a second pillow I got it; however without a cover!
The breakfast was the worst one can imagine - it would be better not to serve any breakfast at all! The coffee didn't even taste like coffee, the rest of the food was the cheapest one can imagine! Everything stale and packed in plastic!
The only thing which worked fine was the shower
Close to station but street not very nice at night
buffygeorgeon 17/06/2017 11:35We arrived on dusk due to a delayed train and we were shocked by the area at this time. Very dirty and street/homeless people everywhere. We were only here for a night in transit to south Italy to break up the journey so we chose a place close to train station. I was glad it was close as even just on street, I felt very uncomfortable. During the day when we checked out, the vibe around the street was a lot better.
Check in was fine. Breakfast was extremely basic. Room was old but had the amenities needed. Rubbish bin wasn't emptied from previous guest.
It was a quick sleep and check out for us. I wouldn't stay here again but for value and close to transport, it's ok
Not the nicest place in the world!

Room was clean, but the extra spare pillow was disgusting.
Nice breakfast with good service!
Wouldn't want to repeat the experience and glad I only had to stay there for one night.
Great location, very nice hotel
JG_Wilmslowon 21/08/2016 17:34We stayed here for three nights and used this as a base to visit Naples and nearby attractions like Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the railway station Napoli Centrale, and very convenient. The place is huge and very clean with lots of rooms. We stayed in a double room which was very spacious and with a electronic safe, ac, tv, wifi. The fridge was locked. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the standard Italian, with cereal thrown in. The views from the garden room on the top floor are fantastic. Whilst the hotel itself is very safe, the surrounding area is not great. Luckily the walk from the station is on a main road and very short. We would definitely stay here again.

Hayden Hon 11/08/2016 14:42we were supposed to stay at another hotel, however it seems like they overbooked so they sent us to this place which must get the overflow. seems to be the only way they'd get any business I imagine.
after arriving with our backpacks, an elderly man behind the desk starts complaining that we'll probably give the hotel bed bugs purely based on the fact that we were backpacking...from their previous experience. so they openly admitted they have had bed bug problems, whilst accusing us of potentially giving them more... not the warmest of greetings.
the shower was probably the worst I've experienced in my life. felt like I got dirtier after the experience. air con is centrally managed, so you have no control of the temperature. only off or on.
pros:
location is convenient.
breakfast on rooftop is nice.
