The room is of high class and very cheap to book online.
I enjoyed the stay and the food.
The Breakfast here is good and I always preferred this Hotel for my stay whenever I come to Bangalore.

I stayed there from 17th to 19th october and 23rd to 24th october 2017. Receptionists are not polite. Room was damp and smelled bad. Ceiling was in a bad shape as the white was was coming off. A part of the wall was too. No minibar and small room inspite of booking premium room. When asked, they said minibar was non functional. Got only one towel inspite of two guests in the room and that too after asking for the towel. Hand water gun in the bathroom was non functional. Had to call room service everytime I wanted hot or cold water in the bathroom. All this inspite of booking well ahead of time and checking in well after the check in time. The room was totally un prepared. In the restaurant if the breakfast is not complimentary they will constantly remind you that the food is chargable. The next day they even asked me what amount I had paid in yesterday's brekfast. Totally not worth my money.

Me and my uncle had to visit Bangalore for a day. I decided to stay in a hotel for the night and finish the personal work next day. My search criteria was a decent hotel with clean rooms and has to be cost effective (this time). I came across this hotel in tripadvisor and based on reviews, decided to book. Got a room booked online for a fairly less price.
Check-in was smooth and the room cleanliness was satisfactory. Wash room was maintained well. The bath area was small though. The room service was prompt and food was OK. Breakfast menu is very limited and quality is just manageable. I would appreciate better staff response at the restaurant.
Overall, a decent hotel to stay overnight. I decided to give 4 stars for cleanliness and the cost they charge. Go to this hotel with no other expectations.

when i came here i didn't know the local language but the stuff of the hotel was help lot to everything the arrange good facilities all time . Food was great. In room they provide lot things which was shown in there website as well.
