The hotel was fantastic I was at my nieces wedding on the 9th September and the staff were very good and the food was very good and the service was good all night. I would
go back to this hotel again when I'm in spain.

The room was small, breakfast was basic and there was only one member of staff to serve this and simultaneously check people out
However, the shower worked, there was a good view with gardens and a pool - so job done!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights of our Easter holiday. The hotel was very promising but disappointed us.
On the check in, we came to the counter and the receptionist didn't bother to stand up from her desk until she had to take our IDs. We felt that it's not polite to welcome your guests like this.
The breakfast was very basic, no cold milk but there were cereals. The staff was unpolite!
The room was ok, from the first look. Everything you need is inside, there is enough place to place your belongings, water in the shower was warm. The irritating thing about the room was the air conditioning which wasn't working. We came back home after a day trip and felt like in sauna. The temperature outside was around 30 degrees and it was even hotter in the room!!!! Turning on the AC just gave a hot air. So obviously we complained to the receptionist expecting some help and we got just an answer just wait for the evening until it cools down!!!!!!
First, the receptionist didn't stand up from her desk again and it was another women. Then, she called to several people asking for help in this situation. She didn't even come to our room to check the AC! Finally, her answer was to turn off the AC and wait for the evening until it cools down outside!!!!!
And of course, it didn't cool down enough so we spent a horrible hot night and were tired in the morning because it was hard to sleep!
What I would expect from a good service is the suggeation to change the room where AC is working and an apology for inconvenience. In this hotel we got nothing!
The only nice thing here was the view to the mountains around. Unfortunately, you can't compensate bad service with the view!

I stayed there for two nights. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the beds were not uncomfortable. The staff were pleasant. The room wall were not very sound proofed so if you get a noisy neighbour it might keep you awake . Preferably get a room away from the main area if possible if noise is a problem apart from that it was quite good.

Booked in for one night via a hotel bookings site and obtained a 10 euro discount for B and B than was being offered by the hotel when I phoned them.
An older style 3 star hotel, very clean but with dated decor and furnishings. Most of the advertised amenities appeared closed. Good parking outside the front door and an easy 2 kms walk to the beginning of the towns bars and restaurants.
Comfortable beds, all the usual toiletries supplied in the bathroom and good air conditioning.
The only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast and the food supplied. Little in the way of pastries, no crossiants and by 8.30 and no staff in attendance to request more. Limited choice of cooked meats, only one variety of cheese...which was tasteless and the Pan au chocolate were not fresh.The toaster was useless and merely dried out the bread rolls rather than toasting them. Definitely are area that the hotel could and should improve upon.
