Room size is much smaller than what is shown on website

Behaviour of staff is not good the behave such a way that they are doing favour on us the rooms size is small than what appear in image . Positive thing is that rooms r clean and bath room is is very hygienic. Food is little bit costly but affordable . The best thing is the location ie the best location to stay in Delhi
If the management looks after the staff behaviour then it can be one of the best hotels

This hotel was a real disappointment. On the website it looks clean and fresh, the reality however is that it is anything but! I had to be ask to be changed from the first room that i was assigned, as the smell in the bathroom was overpowering. Th place is not clean and needs a lot of maintenance. The TV didn’t work in my room for the 2 days that i was there in spite of asking to have it sorted out. The breakfast area is on the top floor - and is filthy! Th breakfast itself was very disappointing - save your money and best not choose the breakfast option. On a positive side, the front desk staff were friendly and responsive and the bed was comfortable. Would I go back - no.

I'll start with the positives before going onto the negatives.
Positive - its cheap. Its central. Comfortable bed. OK bathroom.

Negatives - first impression when you walk into the lobby and your bedroom is - not too bad. However on slightly closer inspection you start to notice that its really quite dirty. Stains on the wall in our bedroom by the bin - hope they were cola or some other drink, if not, hate to think what it was! The windows are not double glazed so kept awake throughout the night by dog barking in alleyway below. The doors in the hallway of the floor we were on were being banged a lot between about 11pm-1am so that meant it was noisy. No instructions on how to operate the safe so ended up having to padlock our cases to fixture to feel that our key belonging (eg passports etc) were safe once we left the room.
Breakfast next day - went up to the dinning room. Very bare, tables looked dirty. Nothing out. Man came out of room next to the dinning room that I had looked in on way in and it was so dirty, with food to be used for breakfast out on the floor where someone had obviously been sleeping! Looking at the dirt on the toaster and other equipment out on the buffet area decided we would give it a miss!

Would I stay here again - no. When you look at the photos they show it is the rooms and lobby area but only after a major clean up and it is not representative of what it looks like on a day to day basis.

The staff at this hotel are more helpful, people at the front desk are more attentive..and far better experience.
yes, if you get a good deal through makemytrip.com or goibibo.com is worth the stay..
Their breakfast is atrocious, so little to offer, it is not worth the pain to take their breakfast instead take a non breakfast package ..

Convenient Location, Reasonably Priced

This hotel is in the heart of New Delhi, very close to the Railway Station.

We arrived quite late, at around 2am, yet the check in was very smooth.

Hotel is not as elegant as shown in the hotel website photos. However considering the price we paid for it, it is a decent place to stay in. Hotel had many guests staying with them.

The rooms are modern but require little maintenance. Fitting an extra bed in the room will be a tough call considering its size. They dont provide any mineral water or accessories in the room nor any toiletries in the toilets.

Staff are very co-operative. They have a travel desk too.

It is a decent place and one can surely stay here.
