The hotel was good and the location was superb, Overall a good hotel with all facilities, the only thing that needs change would be food.
The food quality was good , but there were very few varieties and the quantity was even less, everytime the items would get exhausted and you have to ask waiters to put the items back , ideally this should happen on its own. This issue was found during my entire kerala trip, they serve in very less quantity and don't come fast to re-serve. It is very close to Periyar lake and Elephant ride so nice location with good views

We had visited this hotel 3mnths before and it was indeed a good atmosphere.
Good food, excellent customer service. Kudos to the management of this hotel.
If you ever viskt thekkady make sure you choose this hotel for your stay. You wont be disappointed.

Only thing that is good about hotel is vicinity to Periyar ticket counter and traditional dance and marshal art shows. Everything else from Service,Rooms,food, to amenities worst. Avoid this terrible hotel at any cost. No wifi signal in rooms. No hot water even after 30-40 minutes of waiting as advised by receptionist. BETTER TO SELECT ANY OTHER HOTEL BUT NOT THIS ONE.

It is Very close to periyar lake bus shuttle starting point. Also next to all traditional show theatre for which Thekkady is famous for. Food was good. Rooms are neat and tidy.
No AC's in rooms however it is cold place.

We stayed there for one night on 27 September. This hotel is quite an average one, located conveniently near the Periyar tiger reserve ticket counter & bus stand. However, the approach road is in pretty bad shape and becomes muddy during rains. The rooms are quite big and airy with large balconies. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the view from the room was nice, with greenery all around. The staff was friendly and offered prompt service. The downside of the hotel is food, which is quite costly considering the quality. We went to hotel Ambadi for dinner and liked the food there. Options were very limited in buffet breakfast. Eggs were not served, which is a bit strange. Stay at this hotel is recommended if available at a cheaper price on some travel portals, and not at the published rate. Food can definitely be skipped as there are better options outside.
