Hotel is good and rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Very nice service specially food was nice staff is very cooperative . The location is near to metro and market. It was value for money. We enjoyed our stay in emperor.

We booked three executive rooms on different levels after having read reviews from the net.We stayed for three nights. All the rooms were stinking for none had windows. Upon our arrival we all requested hotel to change the bedsheets for they were worn out with holes here and there and even bloodstain. Bathroom had leaked pipes and rusted shower. Rooms badly needed renovation. Wardrobes very dirty. My daughter being asthmatic was ill as there were dust on the furnitures. Door latches were broken. Hotel reception and outdide seems to have been renovated. No 24 hr hot water system. Breakfast poor. The staff were cooperative and polite. Hotel well located.

This has to be the worst hotel I've ever stayed in in my life. Firstly, Karol Bagh is densely populated with shops in narrow streets. It took a little while to find this hotel as it was tucked away at the far end of a narrow street. No sooner had we entered the lobby, we were hit by the smell of cheap rose air freshner. I observed 2 air freshner dispensers on the ground floor: one by the reception desk and the other was just outside our door which was also on the ground floor. The man on reception looked tired and uninterested and the process of booking in was painfully slow. We had booked an "emperor room" which I now understand to be the lowest value room in this hotel. We paid market value for Karol Bagh but our room was the pits. Aside from the smell of disgusting air freshner, the linens on our bed looked dirty. The bathroom was in need of repair. The tap in the sink literally wobbled. There was no towel to put on the floor to avoid falling on wet floor. The toilet roll was of cheap quality. The wiring in our room left much to be desired; I felt our room was capable of blowing up due to faulty wiring. The phone on the bedside table looked like it was half broken. Our room was steps away from the hotel restaurant where they served breakfast. I felt nauseated in the morning with the smells of paranthas and omelettes wafting from the restaurant and mixing with the cheap rose air freshner. It was a horrible smell. I could not eat breakfast and part of the reason why is that the linens on the tables were so dirty. The staff don't remove dirty linens after the table has been cleared. This does not give a good impression at all.
As we waited in the lobby to venture out of the hotel and see Delhi, we observed what I can only assume to be the owner or manager of the hotel sitting on the sofa in the lobby and literally shouting rudely at his staff. It was appauling. The staff members were running up and down the stairs tending to his demands. It gave me the impression that this was such a poorly run and demoralizing hotel in which to work at. I pity the staff.
I would not recommend this hotel at all unless you have booked one of the more expensive rooms. There are better hotels in Karol Bagh. Do your research and go somewhere else.

The hotel is located in karol bagh near metro station. The reception was good with a welcome drink and quick check in. The room was good with the basic necessities. The hotel is tastefully decorated, the room are clean and comfortable and restaurant is really very good. I mean very satisfied. The breakfast which was buffet in the restaurant was very tasty. I really like the hotel and their facilities good management.

The hotel is located in market and near to metro and the hotel is very good with their nice service and excellent maintain rooms. Breakfast was tasty and overall experience was excellent. Good stay in emperor
