The hotel was nice, not helpful as I am gluten free and no bread for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. We walked to the archaeological sight and in the evening to the sea front and centre for resturants for a meal and nice bars.

We stayed in this Hotel during our stay at Selinunte and sourrounding areas. This hotel in Marina di Selinunte where we had our base is very well positioned, on the main road to the beach just 5 minutes away by walk. Although it's on the main road, the area is very quiet and between 9:30p.m. and 1:30a.m. the street is closed for traffic making it even nicer to stay there. The area is also surrounded by a good number of restaurants and lidos. Almost infont of the hotel, there is a bakery which doubles as a confectionery (they sell a delicious Cassata Siciliana) and a Pharmacy. The Archeaological park of Selinunte is also within walking distance. We used our car only to go to other places like Marsala and Trapani. The receptionist Leonardo is a charming guy who is always there to help. Giuseppe, the night auditor is a gentleman who is very patient with guests. There is also a small parking space underneath the hotel but you need to be a very good driver to park there (modesty apart). But this is not a problem as just in front of the hotel there is a free parking area where parking spaces are always available.

Although this hotel was decent in the past, at present, don't stay. There are issues with the water in the rooms. The breakfast is bleak and if you don't come very early, nothing is left. Stay away and find another place.

The saving grace of this hotel was the small balcony overlooking the street. Not much worked in our room and the hotel had the feel of one that was glad to see the tourist season over! Secure parking was advertised but not available, not withstanding street parking was plentiful and safe. WiFi is only available in the foyer.
It is a short walk to the archaeological site that is a "must visit" and the beach is just down the road along with a strip of restaurants , we tried several during our stay and they were all fine.

Good hotel in Marinella, and useful if you want to visit Selinonte in the morning. Marinella in itself is not a mandatory visit. Consider this hotel as a good way to sleep/visit Selinonte, nothing else.

Need to get a good price to be worthy
