Nice, quiet, clean and tidy. Personally I don't think its a 4 star. Needs some TLC. No restaurnt on site - couldn't get any food at 6pm. No drinks or water in the fridge. Not bad, but definnately lacks character

We had a room with 4 people. It was very clean and with enough space. Huge bathroom and a little garden with a table. Just in front there is a little aquapark, great for the kids. Extremely calm and quiet, what I appreciated a lot. It is necessary to have a car, but is near to restaurants, 30 mins from Verona and Lago di Garda.

4 couples stayed here for a weeding in June 2014.
The hotel was very nice indeed. All 4 rooms booked were on the ground floor.
4 Large suites. 2 had patio areas 2 didn't.
The 2 with no patio requested to move which was no problem. We were moved to a first floor rooms with a balcony which were nice but not as good as the suites.
I did not eat at this venue as we only used it as a base.
The hotel also has a water park across the road which can be used as part of your stay.
The downside of this hotel is a requirement to have a hired car at your disposal as it is out of the way and taxis are expensive.
The breakfast is your usual continental buffet.

Stayed for 5 nights. We have absolutely nothing to claim. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The rooms are nice and clean. The location makes it easy to reach Gardasea, and all the famous cities along the shores of the sea. Located only 20 km from Verona.

This hotel is a good base , if your planning a trip around lake Garda. A car is needed though to get about as out in the sticks.
Rooms nice and clean , bedding and towels changed every day.
No tea/coffee facilities.
Breakfast is buffet syle. Didnt enjoy this. Coffee horrible. Fresh fruit was mouldy with fruit flies on it. Had tge typical german breakfast of cakes , meats and bread if you like that kind of thing.
Scrambled eggs and ham in a warmer. Looked very dried out.
Staff pleasant enough.
We were in room 106, near the lift and laundry room. Cleaners woke us most mornings at 6am talking and dragging vacuum cleaners around. Also outside is a farm house with dogs barking all day.
Apart from the bad bits it was a comfortable room . Oh and the Tv had no english channels. Free wifi worked ok if you lay on the bed pointing towards the door. Or if you were near main reception.
