739poshon 25/10/2017 12:48My friend and I stayed first time at Hotel Europa one week end of September beginning of October we were Amazed by this family run Hotel. They were so welcoming and very friendly. They looked after us so well we felt like home with all. The location is excellent to Sorrrento Pompeii Capri Almarfi coast and Naples. The view from the hotel is stunning of Vesuveus has beautiful surrounding. The transport to bus train and taxi from Hotel is ver near. We highly recommend this Hotel the staff were all very helpful. Thankyou to you all beautiful people at Hotel Europa.

I have rated this a five star due to the friendliness and hospitality of the owner Francesco and his staff, Francesco C, Francesca, Carmine to mention but a few.
We were welcomed and treated like family the entire stay. We will most certainly return and stay at the same hotel as we felt so comfortable and at ease. Very warm and friendly. The hotel also offers a free shuttle services to town which is nice if you don't fancy the walk although we walked it all but twice.
A great base to see and do many things in the area. Must sees include Monte Faito, Stabia ruins, as well as the obvious Mount Vesuvius, Pompeii ruins, Ercolano ruins, Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi Coast and Positano.

A Very Pleasant Stay
stevejhallamon 01/10/2017 14:45My wife and I understand and love Italy with all its charms which we believe you have to to fully appreciate the Europa Hotel and its surroundings in Castellamare di Stabia.
We upgraded to a room at the front of the hotel and found it to be very satisfactory for our needs. All the staff were very polite and helpful from the moment we arrived and nothing was too much trouble for them.The Europa is ideally placed for visiting Naples and the Amalfi Coast especially if you're hiring a car as we did, leaving it in Europa' s secure car park each night. We enjoyed our breakfasts each morning and had a very tasty evening meal one night. Thank you to all at the Europa for making it a very pleasant stay.

Love this hotel
Jeanne Don 28/09/2017 21:35For the last three years, we have stayed at Hotel Europa. There is no place on earth, other than home, that can compare to the hospitality at Hotel Europa. The hotel is my home away from home. We are always greeted with kisses and even tears, and there is nothing too big to ask of the staff. I can't say enough good things about Francesco and Francesca. They are beautiful people and dear friends. The young staff who are learning the hotel business are so pleasant and helpful. They are receiving excellent training. The food is quite delicious and of a good variety. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the rooms are spotless. I even had the opportunity to learn how to make pizza during this vacation. When I stay at this hotel, I have no cares or worries. Life is sweet at Hotel Europa.

GmaOreoon 27/09/2017 15:28This is the third time we've stayed at this hotel. Would not stay anywhere ELSE! What a warm greeting we received on check-in. Our food, service and accommodations were just wonderful! We saw many faces we are familiar with and met a few more! Many upgrades were made... of the rooms and the property! Congratulations on your FOUR STARS! Francesco, Francesca and Carmine did anything they could to make our stay more than enjoyable. They all exceeded our expectations in every way. We already have a tentative return date! It's like 'going home'. Just love it here, and love the people!
