Nice Hotel with Easy access to the Expressway - Free Parking
Bob Ton 09/10/2017 21:47We used this hotel as a stopping point before heading to the airport the next morning. It is convenient to highways from the south and only about 20-30 min. to the airport. Free parking helps. This is not in a walking area so you do need a car. Hotel is clean and modern and the price seemed very good. It is across the highway from a mall with lots of new, chain type restaurants - nothing special there.

Room: Big, Clean, spacious, Nice and looks good
Bed is Hard !
Bathroom: toilet, shower/bath, bidet
good, Clean, fresh towls, soap/shampoo is there
Breakfast: enough choice, taste good.

Hotel and staff, very nice and friendly.
Extremely good service and one of my favorite choices in Madrid.
The breakfast is very good, with an excellent choice of good and nice options.
The same in terms of the restaurant and their offering, very good.
I give this hotel my best recommendations .
The price is also very good.

David Won 18/05/2017 07:33One night stay. Room OK. Bed not comfortable. Staff not very friendly.
Restaurant staff no idea how to provide a service. Food cold when arrived at table. Sent back and got the same piece if fish hot from the microwave which made the fish hard and unable to eat.
Certainly would not stay there again.

Rooms are nice and modern and in general everything are great with the hotel.
The staff are friendly and helpful and no problem to have a late check out.
This hotel is one of the hotels I will prefer to stay at when I am in Madrid
