The hotel is nice but our room was located near the road and the noice of the cars kept us awake. Add to this a hard stubborn mattress and you get a sleepless night. At least we are going home. The rooms were clean and wifi with out a password.

Helpful reception, friendly all the stuff, nice buffet breakfast, the room very tidy and clean every single days, good wifi connection, free parking. Just the bed is not really comfortable. Overall well organization 👍🏻

Well for every pretty daughter, there is always an ugly one. This might be the one. First very hard to find being there is an almost exactly named place adjacent to it. What??? Anyway we made it there and then encountered the nastiest, dumbest 'security guard?' you can imagine. We actually almost went "Mano a mank" but the wife talked me out if it fearing our car would conincidently be vandalized. So, with discretion, I reported him to the front desk for whatever good that did. Anyone no other highlights. Nice supermarket up the block came in handy fir our journey.

I'm not sure how this hotel can be classified as a 4 star. The room was simple and somewhat barren; nothing special. There was a small TV, safe, hair dryer. The beds were rock hard. The shower had great water pressure but had to be careful not to touch the walls with all the mould. Somehow we ended up in a smoking room the first night. Because it didn't smell bad, we thought it would be ok. We were wrong - as soon as other people started smoking, it wafted directly into our room either through the AC or crack in the door. The staff were great and moved us to a non smoking room, which was so much better!
The location is about a 25 min drive to the city center, if there's no traffic . It's right next to a large mall with a movie theatre. Easy access to highway. The price was right and the staff were friendly, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was clean, receptionists were always helpful and quite friendly and spoke good English which was great (as we're tourists from England). However, this hotel is not ideal for tourists at all as it is located very far from the train station and even if you wanted to walk to the train station you could not as it is located off a motorway. Because of this, we had to take a taxi to the train station everyday which became very expensive!
Overall, I would not say the hotel is 4 stars as it does not even have a pool, or balcony and the decor is very old fashioned and the location is not ideal for people. The only good thing was that there was a local shopping mall 5 minutes away from the hotel, followed by stares from locals as they knew we weren't from Spain.
