What People are saying

Four star hotel for a 2 star price, great deal.

We learned from experience that the best way to locate a good hotel in an an unfamiliar city is to go to the tourist info office. There usually are road signs that point you to it if you are driving, but good luck finding parking nearby. In this instance, our tourist office person found this hotel at a fabulously low price. Only 41 euro per night. Add in the HUGE breakfast spread for two and it comes to 61 euro. What a deal. Yes it is outside of downtown where all the action is, but really, it is only a 10 minute walk. Free parking at the hotel. I imagine during peak season they may charge a much higher price, but we enjoyed the views from our room and the hotel grounds. The room was very large and all the amenities one would want. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen in Europe, what a spread of food! Wow!

Always stay here.

Very nice modern hotel to stay in Jaca. Close to centre. Lovely spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Good value for money meals in the restaurant and breakfast. Never been disappointed yet. Recommended.

Dull

Hotel name: Eurostar Reina Felicia
Hotel catagory: 4 stars
Hotel location: 25 minute walk from the city center, located in a calm residential area
Hotel first impression: typical hotel for the larger masses, low quality materials, boring
Reception: unfriendly
Room type: superior, bed upstairs, sitting area downstairs
Room number: 306 (unsure)
Room first impression: ok but cheap materials
Room size: lots of space but room layout not very well thought through
Air conditioning: yes but not powerful enough to cool the entire room (especially the mezzanine where the bed was)
Safe: yes
View from the room: mountains
Beds: mattress on the floor, extremely hard, hard to get out of bed, simply uncomfortable
Bathroom: bath and double sink
Noise: no noises
Cleanliness: ok
Staff: unfriendly, breakfast staff was lazy
Breakfast, cost: included
Breakfast choice: sufficient but a bit messy and staff was lazy, did not tidy things up
Parking: free public parking 1 minute walk
Pool: outdoor pool was out of order
WiFi: free but slow and limited to 3 devices
Paid: 110 for 1 night
Remarks: dull hotel
Would I stay again?: no, the bed is too uncomfortable, you might as well sleep on a hard wooden floor
We had dinner: in the city center, a place called La tas a de Ana, a very basic Cafe that serves tapas, pretty decent, nothing fancy and not that expensive.

Nice hotel with good amenities

Nice hotel. Large rooms. Only 10 years old. Really nice bathrooms. Main restaurant doesn't have very interesting food, so go to town.
He hotel is in residential area so a pleasant 10 minute walk to town where restaurants and shopping are. One of the better breakfast buffets. We were there in April so many of their facilities weren't quite open for the season, though their indoor pool was available. Very accommodating staff.

Like coming home.

We have stayed at Hotel Reina Felicia many, many times, as when we are driving back and forth to Spain, it is situated just at the right location after a full day's drive, right on the Spanish / French border, high in the Pyrenees mountains.
Modern hotel, built 2007 and kept maintained to a high standard. Large rooms and large en-suite shower-rooms. Huge comfortable bed, no outside noise whatsoever. The restaurant has had a Michelin recommendation, and serves delicious well presented food. The breakfasts are daunting in their range of foods.
Had another excellent stay, top quality and very reasonably priced at £43. Highly recommended.
