Thr rooms are very spacious. It's located in a posh area of the city. The rooms are at a reasonable price point. Both the 24/7 coffee shop and Gujarati thali restaurant Mandap are very good. It's a must for people on short trips.

Unfriendly staff behavior. Manager was rude and unfriendly. Food was also average and things are overpriced compared to their service. I will not recommend this hotel as there are many better option like welcome n surya palace.

I had booked this hotel as a part of my 3 day business trip on single occupancy basis. When one of my colleagues arrived at this hotel to drop me some documents, they didn't allow him in the room and wanted me to pay the charge for extra person. (Double Occupancy)
I tried to convince the management, that he just wants to drop a document to me. But, they still didn't allow and asked for extra bed charges for allowing him upstairs.
As per the hotel policy, if 8 people comes to meet you on a given day, you are suppose to pay full tariff for 8 peoples on that single day.
It does not matter whether, they have been to see you for just 10 mins.
Worst policy and staff is not customer service oriented.
Just a money minting business and looking to shell maximum from your for the poor services.
Moreover, food was terrible and lack quality, flavor and taste totally. To top-up with worst customer service.
Kindly avoid this hotel, as there are many hotels nearby at relatively low prices with superior services.

We explored food at the restaurant offering Buffet Lunch / Dinner. The offering was OK but can be improved with more variety. The chat counter was not well managed and must be avoided in the dinner. Although the surroundings are excellent but it must be properly exploited by the management team.

I'm staying in this hotel since 1988, have not change my hotel, when ever I'm in Baroda and if have to stay night then my preference is Hotel Express Tower, excellent hotel for business, food, etc...rooms, staff are very good, initially when have traveled with my car and have asked them to clean they have clean, as hotel is on main road car / glasses are going to be in bad condition due to dust, = was there for two nights recently with my car have asked on reception as well as bell boy no body has taken care to clean my glasses, neither they have given me some water to clean my glasses, plus there is no arrangement for Driver accommodation, normally most of the hotels are providing a accommodation for driver, this time was not happy as never drive car with any kind of dust. WIFI, Parking etc.facilities are very good,
