Checked in 28 May for one night, with a group of 26 people. The hotel is not huge, lobby was pretty, small outdoor swimming pool was located next to the lobby. Room was bright with white lamps. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was too firm for me. There was balcony in our room. I like that the hotel had rolling blinds that can be closed and protect the balcony window and glass door from sun light / external sound / security / strong wind. Wall between rooms was however not soundproof. Breakfast was standard. Location wise the hotel is located near the beach. Overall, a good short-term stay experience.

the location is good, very close to the beach and 20 mins walk from the shopping district, but the hotel offers bicycles for free, so you can explore the city easily. The outdoor pool is heated, it has a nice hall, even if the pictures posted on booking.com make the hotel seem bigger and a bit more sophisticated, but it is still a good 4 star hotel. What really surprised me was the staff: they are simply lovely, friendly and helpful people who tried to accomodate any request. Waiters, receptionists, they were all super and made us feel like we were home. We had a great stay and the food was simply amazing!! Thank you to our incredible waiter Ambrogio, to Tony, super helpful receptionist, to Cristain, lovely guy and to Luca, friendly and helpful waiter at the bar. Thank you Guys!

Stuff was very friendly and helpful.
Hotel is close to the sea and done good restaurants.
Would recommend to families with kids.

I have stayed her 4 times now. Never fails to disappoint. Always travel off season to attend an exhibition at the Rimini Fiera. The reception staff are always very helpful. Never any issues with the rooms. Breakfast is a bit limited but does the job. It's important to remember different countries rate hotels differently. A 4* in Italy is not in the same league as a 4* in Spain. Very different hotels. Need to mention a new member to the team this year - Dante. He is amazing. Couldn't do enough to help us. Will always recommend this hotel and will be back next year.

Perfect hotel, amazing rooms (deluxe) good location, super staff, decent pool, ok fitness and the best of all amazing food!
The hotel is close to the beach, they have private closed parking and the internet reaches the rooms with decent speed. Make sure that you choose as a minimum half board as the hotel restaurant is probably the best in town and with the nicest staff. Did I mention that it is only a stones throw from the beach?
Deffinately staying at that hotel again if I come back to that area :)
