scarda77on 20/08/2017 23:09I booked this hotel through booking and I stayed for 2 nights. I choose this hotel for the location and because I thought it was a 3 stars hotel, considering also the price of 328€ per 2 nights.
The entrance of the hotel looked nice and recently refurbished.... but as soon as I arrived in the room ... the surprise... I don't mention the size of the room but if I wanted to open the wardrobe I had to move the side table of the bed....
but I found wood tables in between the mattress and the bed springs ...like 40 years ago when people couldn't effort to buy a new mattress when it got old...
one bed lamp was without cover..
the shower had no cover... so when I showered all the water went on the toilet or the sink.
Light switches broken...
I slept 2 nights there and after the first night no one came to clean the room.
When I checked in the guy at the reception asked me for full amount deposit "as per hotel policy"...
it was a terrible experience

Me and my friend arrived at the hotel and the first impression was very good.
The nightmare started when we got to our room (34) with the worst smell of all coming out of the bathroom. We couldn't sleep at all, not even with the bathroom door closed. Next morning we went to talk to the staff about it and the big surprise was they already knew about the problem with some pipes and even though, they booked the room for us anyway.
We tried to talk to the manager and the only thing she said was, sorry we can not do anything at this point. They charged us € 100,00 for the night and that was just absurd!!!!!!!
I was sick the rest of my weekend because of that smell. Everything seemed to smell and taste like the stink bathroom after a night in hell. They ruined my trip to Milano marittima.
The local authorities should close that place immediately!!!
Be aware people and don't fall for the same trick as we did.
Open your eyes and don't let yourself to be fooled for them.
