On arrival this hotel looks b eautiful but is really very average. A very offhand receptionist ckecked us in and told us to wait in restaurant until our room was ready, No welcome drink . So we bought a cup of coffee which was OK. After nearly 2 hours we went back to reception to ask if our room was ready and I think wed beeen forgotten about, The room was ok clean and tidy but no fridge and in 3 days we had 1 coffee pod 10 sugars and no milk oin the room. The Gastro Pub was closed for refubishment so nowhere to just sit and have a drink. The meals in the restauarnt were excellent quality but breakfast was v ery hit and miss with sometimes a nice glass of juic and sometimes not, sometimes yoghourt and sometimes not and staff seemed to be served before guests. A bit of a characterless place which was AVERAGE. No information given to us about amenities,

Room No. 3 is one of my favorite rooms in Panama! Peaceful and serene atmosphere, awesome view of the mountains, fireplace and jacuzzi. Everything you need for a quiet getaway, have a glass of wine by the fire in their cozy terrace. A wonderful experience!

The hotel service is great, the room was cousy and quiet. Internet was good and reliable.
Dinner I had a RIb Eye and my wife had the cochinillo, both with mushroom risotto and it was excellent. The amount of flowers and plants all over the place with the mountain view is impressive. We will definitelly go back to Finca Lerida.

They put the sticker on their winds, like a beautiful hummingbirds and I didi not see any dead bird again. Finca Lerida is the good choice! it is so beautiful and they got the best coffee not only in Panama one of the best of the world!

Befor taking a morning flight to Panama City we took a capuccino at Lerida's coffeeshop. It was rather a tasteless coffee with to much milk. A cappuccino is something else. Rather dissapointing exprience. One would expect that a coffee shop of such an excellent hotel serves good coffee.
In honor of Finca Lerida I have to admit, that none of the big coffee chaines such as Duran or Kottawa serve good and tasty coffee either. It seems that although Panama is a coffee growing country they do not know how to make a good coffee. My experience in Italy, Switzerland, Germany and other European countries is different. The best coffees I ever got was in Melbourne, Australia.
