Hotel Firenze by Lake Garda is superb . The Proprietors and staff are very welcoming and helpful, ( I booked my transfer from Verona airport through the hotel). I stayed on a half board basis,(the buffet breakfast offers a delicious and varied continental selection) for 5 days, October 2017.......and the evening I chose dinner there, it was delicious. My room, as with almost every room, faced the Lake. I highly recommend this very amicable and spotlessly clean hotel.

We came mid July and stayed 2 weeks on a half board. We were 5 persons, 2 seniors, one adolescent boy and a mid age couple. We love the location, just across the Lake. Morning buffet was a good balance of diverse kind of bread, eggs, cheese and prosciutto italian pastries, fruits, yoghurt, etc.... Dinner was serve on the table by friendly Hermes and happy Angela. At least 3 menus to choose from, desserts served on the stunning terrace with a fantastic view of the Lake.
Rooms were large and bedding excellent. Shower warm but a little narrow to us all.
All rooms have lake view. We love especially the family ambiance, the 3 ladies's owners are very special, so is the staff from the waiters to the cleaners.
Swimming pool has also a great view, just like a continuity of the Lake itself. 3 parkings to park your car.
We will surely go back next year, BRAVO for this warm and authentic italian ambiance!

We spent one week in this Hotel. The situation of the Hotel is wonderful with lake view. The only problem was the noise of the traffic on the road in front of the Hotel. Beaches are very close to the Hotel. Brenzone is not so crowded as the well known places around the Lake Garda.
Service and cleanness is perfect, it has a good atmosphere, the owners are very friendly. The “gala” dinner on Friday evening was an amusing surprise.
The value for money of the hotel room and half pension is acceptable. We recommend this Hotel for longer stay too.

The most amazing, wonderful place. The owners treat you like family. Service and cleanliness is second to none and on top of that the views are AMAZING!!!!! If you are ever planning a trip to Lake Garda you MUST stay here!!!!

The hotel was more than adequate for our stay in Lake Garda. The hotel and facilities were very clean. The only problem we encountered was that the breakfast was limited. The toaster broke after our first day and all that we could eat was a bowl of cornflakes. However there was unlimited coffee and if you dont mind cold meat etc the food was plentiful. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. More than happy with our stay here. As this was a sightseeing holiday we did not spend much time in the hotel but would stay here again if ever we visit the area again in the future.
