The staff are lovely, however when we stayed here, the room was very dark and small for three people. On our second morning they were preparing for an event and we were awoken at 5.30 am to a huge amount of noise. The hotel lift smelt very damp, there were very few other guests here, and the restaurant appeared closed. We were not informed that the roads would be closed on the day we left, so we had to take all our luggage ourselves to the car park which is not close at all.

I stayed here for 6 nights while completing an Italian language course in Todi. My room had all the modern comforts in a beautiful historical building in the heart of Todi. Being gluten intolerant, the family went out of their way to make sure I had plenty of gluten free options for breakfast each morning which was really appreciated. The wifi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Todi.

This is a charming family run hotel right in the heart of old Todi. Great staff & location lots of personality. There is a restaurant with good fare on site also. My room had light for many directions & rooftop views.

Three couples for a Monday night in early May.
Worked with Anna on all our arrangements. She is excellent - thank you Anna! Our rooms were
spectacular - great views of the valley. We walked the city before dinner - excellent old town for strolling and shopping. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, Le Cisterne ... very good food. We drove away early. Fantastic experience.

This hotel was just fine in this beautiful town. The hotel is a great location, very clean, spacious rooms with a beautiful view. It had parking not too far from the hotel, you could drop off luggage and then park. The front desk very helpful. I would stay here again. I was not impressed with the breakfast. I agree with a previous review if you are fifteen minutes late everything was picked over and coffee was cold. Needed to look for someone to make a cappuccino or get fresh coffee. I realized on the second day she was cleaning rooms also. Todi is a great town I would love to visit it in the spring and summer. However, we had the town to ourselves this time of year!! Sorry I do not have any pictures of this hotel.
