Stayed one night.
Good location, not too much traffic.
Rooms are medium size, and so is the washroom, but washroom wasnt much clean. The shower curtain was dirty, and looked like they had not bee washed for sometime.
The breakfast was included, but not much was available, even though they claimed it was a buffet.
The food was expensive.

Where do I start? This is the only time I was compelled to write a review about a hotel. During the past 20 years I have stayed at 100s of different hotels. Both good and Bad. Some are expensive but a good value based on location and service and some do not meet expectation.

This place was a total disappointment when I walked in. The staff was very rude. I immediately called the booking company and was told that the owner Mr. Singh will come and see me in half an hour. I could not work because the internet didn't work and there was no standard outlet where I can plug in my laptop. Mr. Singh never showed up. After waiting several hours I went to the reception and inquired about him. They said he left a few hours ago.

I told them about the wifi and the response was 'it's working.' I asked them to come to my room and show me. They said in five minutes. I went back to the room and waited.. and called.. then waited and called.. a total of 6 times. Nobody showed up.

This not a star hotel in any way. They are misleading people with fall advertising.

They advertise as a three star luxury hotel. The truth is that they don't even have a one star rating. By accident, i booked through expedia for two nights. Once I saw the dirty room and bath rooms, I have told them that I am cancelling for the second day. Even though my booking was placed eight hours prior to my occupation they refused a refund.

There were hot electric wires open through out the room which gave me a spooky feeling and the smell was horrible.

The hotel is supposed to have free wife. However, it never connected. I called the front desk six times and each time they gave me a different explanation. Next morning when I was checking out they said somebody accidentally turned off the modem.

This is a small hotel, located at a good location, its looks nice and clean, staff is cooperative and friendly. Rooms are okay, you can have in room dinning service. Though breakfast could have been better. The price i paid for a snack and banana was way too much. Breakfast can be improved.

There is nothing much to do in the hotel. except its in a prime location.

Better for Solo Male Business or Leisure Traveler's

I stayed for 2 days at the Forest. Must say, It's a congested place that has been accommodating multiple rooms and a slow and small lift. the room is good for a solo business and leisure traveler, preferably Male. The availability of hot water in the small bathroom is unlimited. Power cuts are there sometimes, considering Delhi. The staff is not so friendly and look at you with eye of curiosity. Breakfast is mentioned as 7 AM, but gets delayed. Expect them to make things ready by 8 AM. Front desk guys are friendly and check was not a problem. Availability of rooms at the last minute does speak about their service, considering every where else it was full. Word of caution and advice, don't get into arguments with the staff.
