Hotel Sukh is in an excellent location surrounded by restaurants very near to the beach.Rooms are in an excellent condition and the service is prompt.Breakfast is good and the restaurant is also good.Overall stay was worth remembering and I wish all the best.

The hotel is in really good place. But the quality of the hotel rooms are really worse. The AC doesn't have the controllers to control the Airflow, Bad foul smell in washrooms and even after complaining no one turns up.
The corridors, reception areas are always stinky smell. I would recommend not to opt for this hotel if you plan to spend more time in hotel.

Rooms photos that are shown are totally different than original ... Stayed in executive room n was totally surprised to see condition of the room ... No hygiene level .. on top of that room service guy was creepy ... Not recommended

I was on a business trip, reached early in morning at Mumbai airport, I was very much tired and worried about arrival day schedule, In hurry I collected my luggage and rushed to exit, was wondering if anyone came to pick up or I had to wait. As soon as I reconnected with my mobile network, I got a phone call, that was my ride that hotel sent to pick me up. Without any delay I reached hotel driver was very nice and polite. When I checked in, found my room was small room but neat and clean, running hot and cold water, I guess for short business trip it works fine. Hotel staff was very polite and supportive, elevator men help me with my luggage and keys. Food and bar service was ok, they have room service option. The best thing what I like, is proximity to Juhu beach, it walking distance or 10 minutes auto-rickshaw ride. If you are traveling alone you can hang out there in late evenings.
What I didn’t like that most of the hotel staff was so nice to me, when you checked out it was very hard to choose whom should I tip, as I was travelling on tight budget, and you can tell this while reading their faces. It seems, they are forcing you for tip without any words(you know what I mean).

I have already given a review on this sukh hotel in the hearts of Mumbai juhu church Road a good property within your budget.location wise good close to the airport and markets like irla and all are close by restaurants food is good. Need water heater in the room. That's it.
