We spend a week at this hotel and loved everything!
The room was big and clean. It had everything we needed.
The view from the balcony was just amazing!
Furniture was comfortable and new.
Bathroom was big and had a nice shower and big clean towels (were changed every day).
Wifi internet worked perfectly. We had also two TVs in the room, there were many different channels (mostly in Russian), but we could also use youtube in TV, which was nice.
The reception staff were just amazing! Two girls (both Sona) were extremely helpful and very polite, they helped us to book tours in Armenia and also recommended nice restaurants nearby. We met also manager Anna - she was also very nice and helped us too. So the staff gets 5 stars! Big thanks!
Breakfast was also nice, many different options, really good tea and good bread.
The location of the hotel is just perfect - minutes away from restaurants, cafés and shops. The Republic Square is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel has also pick up service, they could pick us up from the airport when we arrived.
There is also a observation deck on the top of the building - where you can enjoy breathtaking view of Yerevan and Ararat mountain. Especially beautiful during the evenings!
So I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! And of course if we go to Yerevan again we will stay at this hotel.

Helpful staff, delicious breakfast, cheap price, strong internet, clean room, convenient check-in and check-out.
The place is located in centre area of Yeravan which is close to all the touristic spots for travellers. If you get down to the hotel there are money changers, tour agencies, restaurants, supermarkets and mobile rechargers machines which are close by to the hotel area and extremely convenient and accessible.
Thank You 14th floor for your nice hospitality and great service.

This was a quirky offering in downtown Yerevan. The exterior and entrance area felt a little like an apartment, as did the rooms themselves, but the service level was outstanding as one would expect in a hotel, with the ladies at the front desk all being friendly and helpful to the last. Breakfast was simple, yet delicious and healthy, and the view from our room and the terrace, with Mt Ararat in plain sight, was among the best I've encountered in my travels. Very well priced, representing one of the best value for money deals around, particularly in a surprisingly expensive city for accommodation.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after leaving a B&B where we were really disappointed by the facilities offered ! The management at the 14th Floor Hotel offered us the choice between an apartment on the 3rd floor or a room on the 14th floor where work had been done in the morning ! We have selected the room after a quick visit !
It was spacious , quiet and comfortable . There was a problem with the adjustment of the heat level the first night but it was quickly resolved after it was identified to Anna , the manager at the time who by the way was very helpful with her recommendations of sights and restaurants in Yerevan .
This hotel may be hard to find because of its address but it is located in the heart of Yerevan right behind Hotel Paris and it is less expensive than most hotels in this area .
Breakfast is served on the 14th floor right beside the front desk and it is excellent ! We strongly recommend this small hotel in Yerevan !

Very nice staff, modern rooms, town center, view over the city, air conditioning, strong WiFi, very good quality price ratio!
The hotel is "growing". Built on the roof of a residence building, the entrance is somehow labyrinthic. There are also 3 rooms on the 2nd floor and an apartment with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms on the 3rd floor. The main part of the hotel in on the 14th floor. Right now, they are adding additional rooms on the 14th floor and during daytime there's the noise of construction.
