We stayed at Hotel G Square, Shirdi for a night in their Luxury Suite room. As always, I had booked into this property after seeing the positive reviews in TripAdvisor. After experiencing this property, I can confidently state this property deserves all the accolades.
My experience is summarized below
The luxury suite comprised of a Living Room, a Bed Room and a spacious bath room with all the facilities. There was a Dining table with chairs and spacious sofa cum bed in the living room. Both the living and Bed Rooms had separate Televisions.
The entrance to this property is not very prominent. The reception of the hotel is in the first floor. But they have an efficient lift to take the travelers to the top.
While this property does not have an in house restaurant, the Hotel Management runs a Vegetarian restaurant Sai Naivedyam very close (less than 50 meters) to this property. One needs to go down to this restaurant or order order food from the G Square. If you order for food as a room service option, they charge a little additional fee. The restaurant staff was very friendly and the food was hygienic and tasty. We had Dinner and Break Fast at this restaurant.
Strengths:-
1. Location- Extremely close to the Sai Baba Mandir and bang opposite to Gate-1. Thanks to the location, we were able to comfortably walk to the Sai Baba Mandir and attend the Shej Arati in the Night and have an early morning Darshan.
2. Quick check-in and check out
3. Friendly and supportive staff- During our stay at this property it was raining. The reception staff promptly handed over a big umbrella on request with a warm smile.
4. Clean, spacious and well maintained rooms
5. Options to park the car, outside cafe coffee day located in front of the property or even underground
6. 24 hours hot water in the rooms
Areas of improvement:-
1. G Square could explore options of having a basic restaurant in this property
2. Provide Electronic safe lockers in rooms
3. Free WiFi Internet access in the rooms. Currently this facility is available only in the reception lobby

Following on the review from Naren T, I would like to give my personal thanks to the staff member who handed in our family documents (three passports/money etc.), Amita and management for their exceptional service and going beyond the call of duty by sending one of the hotel staff (thanks to him as well) overnight to hand deliver (Mumbai) the documents, to top it all this service was provided free of charge!

Located right in front of Gate1, from where you get VIP passes or go straight in for the darshan. I stayed on 24th Oct 2017 and checked out the next day. I had a booked in for the 22:30 aarti and morning darshan at 4:00 AM and this Hotel is the best bet you can get with parking right outside. As a foreigner this hotel exceeds my expectation. There is safely, cleanliness right from the lobby to your rooms. I had booked thirteen of us to stay. One of us had left there passport in the room while heading back to Mumbai, Amita from the hotel informed us and sent one of their staff personal to Mumbai so it is hand delivered. That’s what I call customer service.

Best location just opposite Gate no 1 from where you get VIP passes at PRO office on even free biometric passes. Qe booked the 6 bed condos for a family of 4. Beds are slightly small so could combine for children but otherwise are quite comfortable. Parking just outside cafe coffee day or even underground if you so wish. No tea coffee makers in room. Bathrooms are not the best condition...toilet seat broken...sink is clogging....but get hot water 24 hrs as there is geyser in room. Overall a decent stay as our main purpose is to be as close as possible to Babaji and comfortable also. You can easily view shikhar from hotel and especially if roo. Is on front side. Also aartis can be heard inside hotel room. Go for it..

Bathroom is awaful and third bed is sofa bed which is literally sleeping on the floor. Ordered lunch for three people and I was promised to be there in 20 minutes but it came after over 45 minutes and just for one person. Asked where is the rest of the food and the waiter said they don’t cater the dishes I ordered. We had a flight to catch so didnt have time to order the food all over again. Room for as booked for three people but everything in the room for two. Kept ringing them for the extra items for third guest.
