Location is central and good
Triple room is spacious
Linen and bath towels are dirty to say the least
The rooms need renovation
Bathroom is neat with 24 hours hot water
Food is ok They prepare on demand
The boys are multipurpose and try to help We reached the hotel at 9.30pm and they were courteous to provide us food in half an hour
Overall its a good location but needs renovation and can be made better in terms of hygeine

The Manager Ganesh Singh is excellent ,Other staff were also very good, Food was good. Centrally located and very convenient for market. I stayed twice during our trip to Sikkim and we enjoyed both visits.

Stayed in this hotel in May 2016 with my family. Booked the hotel after reading reviews but actually its not like a hotel, its just like a lodge with no facilities, terrible services, unhygienic conditions. We have super deluxe room in package but hotel management allotted standard room saying super deluxe are not available although we booked one month prior.
Moreover,rooms are in unhygienic conditions, bedsheets, towels etc provided were dirty, food was horrible, mattress in our room was broken, staff was very unprofessional specially the cooks. They were having very casual approach and not at all professional. Food menu is fixed only(no choice at all)and that too horrible in taste. Even mineral water is provided on extra cost.
The only positive point is its location rest all is negative.
I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Stayed in this hotel for 2 days in May, it's a basic but clean place to stay. Room service is very good and view from West facing rooms is beautiful. Mr Ganesh at the reception is a very helpful guy. No Wi-Fi though and breakfast spread is limited but still worth the price. Definitely recommended

We are happy this hotel service,excellent veg food available,staff also co operative. location excellent near to M g road.we are go to sikkim another all place issue hot water but this hotel no any issue.
