I have been there thrice, The view is awesome from gallery. I really liked the Food specially chicken. Hotel's staff is cooperative. Rooms are very nice & clean although it's a 5 star property at 3 star price.

Location is good,view from room is awesome,They arranged Karaoke night and DJ Night was good.Arrangement of conference were excellent.Behaviour of staff was good.fully recommended for others......best stay ever for me n my team i.r for 30 peoples.

Location is good, view from room is great. Mr. Gandhi is awesome, he arranged karaoke in night. Front staff is rude. Very limited options n buffet breakfast. We stayed there on new year 2016. New year party was OK.

Me and friend we were planing to visit Dharamshala but we were new there we didn't know anything about that place so first we decided to book hotel and finally we found hotel paradise we spent 3 days 2nights in hotel paradise and that was amazing. Hotel management their staff their food everything was perfect,, fully recommend them:)

Pros:
1. The hotel is carefully built at one of the highest point in Mcleodganj.
2. Building carefully oriented to offer a breathtaking view of Himalaya right from your bed.
Cons:
1. The road to this hotel is quite dangerous to travel due to its steep ups and downs
2. I was there on the night of new year - and the hotel put up a unexpectedly poor new year party
3. In the snowfall of December to my shock, there was no electricity and no power backup
4. Forget hot water & heater - there was no light in the room
5. I booked a room on the upper floors and to my disappointment, they gave me a ground floor room with a false promise to change next day
6. View is the only good thing about the hotel and in my case even that was ruined due to ground floor room
7. Most importantly the manager in charge/ owner is a master of making false promises - room was not changed, electricity was not fixed, no light, heater 7 hot water, very bad new year party
Note: I was there on 31st Dec 2013 - but trip advisor has on option up to Dec 2016 so had to select it.
