Hello Readers,
I have stayed in Hotel Ganga Ambience on 1st Oct 2018, and can bet you can't find a worst service and ambience hotel similar to this.
The Manager (who was completely unprofessional) was very rude and money-minded, he kept changing the room tariff for customers who came to inquire before us.
We went to rishikesh on a long-weekend and the Manager just looted us for a 1200 rupees per room which was just a basic room with almost no amenities. Please find some positive & negative points of this hotel:-
1. Location - Good, is on highway, but you will hear the sound of traffic more than usual as none of the room is sound-proof.
2. Ambience - Dark, bad-smelling, no lights and staffs shouting with the voice being echoing all around.
3. Manager - Money minded, completely unprofessional (keeps changing the tariff and talk rubbish).
4. Staff - Completely unprofessional, do not care for guest, no one will atend you, pick your luggage.
5. Room - PATHETIC, no curtains, staff didn't changed the bed sheet and blanket of guest who checked out saying "we never change bed sheet and blanket". Geyser, AC not working, even the tap in washroom do not work properly. No one listen to your complain, the staff and Manager just do not bother.
6. CAUTION - Rooms do not have any electricity backup, we faced power cut frequently.
Positives - NOTHING
We checked out the room just in 4 hours as it was unbearable to stay here. We took two rooms and had various issue. We searched for another good room in the hotel but all the rooms were similar.
I HUMBLY AND STRICTLY REQUEST NOT TO CHOOSE THIS HOTEL EVEN IF YOU ARE IN NEED.
HIGHLY NOT-RECOMMENDED!!!.

Hi ganga ambience is quite good experience. peace full are nice restaurant area. staff was good and the manager was help full and guiding. Free wifi and free parking in the hotel.Market is near . hoping to stay again.

I am an IT consultant last month i visited alone to Rishikesh in search of peace as our daily jobs are very hectic and tiring.
I was looking for a peaceful and budget place my friend suggested Ganga ambiance for stay.
I stayed there for almost 2 days and i enjoyed it. It was a good experience with Ganga ambiance full satisfactory.Staff and service is upto the mark.

I booked this hotel upon seeing so many good reviews. But believe me, when I went there, I had the worst experience of my lifetime. The hotel rooms were untidy and smelling, the walls were not well-painted, blankets were dirty, no toiletries provided. since we paid the amount online, we decided to still stay there, and morning was terrible when there was no water supply at all. I heard from the person in reception that the hotel is being renovated and hence they have not provided rooms until then and we were allowed since we booked online. Please do not book online and go and get shock.

Me and my family loved the Hotel and service provided to us, It was our first time in Rishikesh and the owner and the staff (especially ARPIT) made sure we had a gala time. Rooms are excellent- great bathroom- Nice view of the Mountains.
Overall an amazing experience, you wouldn't regret booking here for sure. Definitely recommend. :)
