I am a regular at the hotel, which allows 24 hours check in and check out; which is a ideal but also can be a pain if your flight is late in the evening and u checked in early in the day. But the staff is coridal / couteous enough to extend for a few hours for stay. But bill needs to be paid at the exact check out time.
Food is good / service is prompt. Cleanliness/ Laundry/ house keeping is all good. Please try to have multiple wifi routers on the floors as the strength is weak thats only glitch.

i had very bad experience with them on my marriage day when i booked them for a day.They will stop you in every event to make extra money and force there people for the decoration or even for marriage rituals.if you loose any gadget/item here then don't expect to get it back from them.

Hotel was very good with nice view, room and house keeping services. Staff were also good. I was allowed to use all the club houses facility which includes pools, badmiton court, gym, etc..Food was also good.

The hotel suites are nice and comforting, though it is in the outskirts of Bangalore, but it is very close to my client. Cab service is available to drop you off and pick you up from Airport. Guests of the hotel are allowed to use the club house of society which is the best damn thing around here for your time pass. FREE WIFI but signal strength is weak. The only bad thing is that they have cable installed in the TVs of rooms, the cable comes from a local cable operator and the the picture quality is really bad plus most of the channels are in Kannada Language which is not recommended for Mumbaiites

The hotel suites are nice and comforting, though it is in the outskirts of Bangalore, cab service is available to drop you off and pick you up from you office/hospital for the purpose you are visiting but it is faraway from Bangalore Station and Airport so it is a concern to reach there. No cabs are provided for that. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are included in the price you pay and the quality of food is good as well. 3 time buffet with a lot of dishes will cost you at least 1200 anywhere else in Bangalore. Guests of the hotel are allowed to use the club house of society which is the best damn thing around here for your time pass.
At some minimal charges you can play pool, TT, carom etc. Swimming pool is also free for guests of hotel.
