Staff was welcoming and tried to make us feel at home with their hospitality. The staff handled everything from Front office to kitchen to housekeeping and with great smile on their face. I would definitely recommend this place...

A small hotel rather a beautiful home away from the hustle bustle. I went there with my family and the moment we entered the hotel it felt like home. The staff was welcoming and always eager to assist. We were surprised to see that they are so multi talented as they handled the reception, housekeeping as well the kitchen. They made us feel very comfortable and ensure that we had a wonderful time there. The second day they cooked chicken for us and tried to give the spice that we Indians love. Although they did not understand English that well they tried their best to explain us every dish on the menu.

My family and I have been going to this restaurant for quite a while, and the food is always delicious. The seafood is always fresh, and we have never been disappointed. The dishes are well prepared, and the service is always fantastic. If you are close to this restaurant by any chance, make sure you come and have a meal here. I know you won't regret it.

Hotel Gastronomico Casa Rosalia is a lovely renovated farm house in the countryside of Brion. We wanted something quiet and quaint, but walking distance to a few cafes and close by car to a few towns (eg Muros and Santiago), and this was perfect. The drives we took were beautiful and it was just so relaxing to come back to Casa Rosalia.
We had a car during this part of our trip and there was free parking right across the street.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean, the late lunch extraordinary, and the staff is exceptional and kind. It's unassuming from the outside but when you walk inside, it's beautiful. They even put fresh fruit in our room and bottled water. The free WiFi is strong and dependable. You get a lot for a very affordable nightly hotel rate.
(I read some reviews beforehand and saw a very lengthy one that sounded rather crazy and negative and I must dispute that rant.). This hotel and the staff are charming. We would stay here again.

If you are visiting Santiago here is the chance to get away from the tourist areas and stay in a very affordable hotel with excellent food only a few Km out in the country with its own off street parking.
