We stayed at the Hotel Genova for 5 nights and celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. We chose this hotel because we lived there in our honeymoon. The staff of the hotel were very helpful. They offered early check-in and free breakfast as our flight arrived at Rome early in the morning. The airport transfer service arranged through the hotel was punctual and in good order. To our surprise, the Hotel Manager, Mr Claudio Piraino, treated us a bottle of champagne for our celebration. We lived in Room 602 for the first three nights and Room 411 for the last two nights of our trip. Both rooms are spacious, quiet and clean. The location of the hotel is close to the sight seeing points and shopping areas. It only takes a few miniutes to walk from the hotel to the Roma Termini. You can easily go to everywhere either by metro or by bus, or on foot. When we went to Florence in the middle of our trip, the hotel stored the luggage for us for a few days free of charge. In my experience, only hotels in Japan offer such storage service. We had a very very enjoyable and memorable stay at Hotel Genova. The staff there are smart, very polite, helpful and reasonable. We will absolutely stay there again in our next trip to Rome.

Stayed here in room 212 for 4 days. This hotel was very clean and staff were exceptionally nice. All staff speak English. Very close to termini station and short walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. You can pick up the buses to many of the hop on hop off services at the Termini station as well. Be forewarned, was planning on doing shopping in Rome for men's European clothing but there are VERY few options in Rome for men and fashion.

I stayed at Hotel Genova for 5 night with my family.
We came all the way from Australia with a 2 years old and at our arrival we were exausthed. It was a pleasure to be welcomed by the amazing girls at the desk.
One in particular served us, Angelica,her costumer service was impeccable. She been quick and kind and gave us a huge amount of information regarding the city as well as the hotel.
She been very patience with our boy who was grumpy at the time and recommended us few restaurants nearby for our dinner.
We were very pleased with our room and with the services offered by the Hotel that is very central and beautifully kept. (And clean).
I would definetly go back.

Stayed at the Genova Hotel for 4 nights. Room was well presented, comfortable and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Located within a 2-3 minute walk to the Termini station which makes it very convenient to take transport.

Stayed just one night waiting to get on a cruise. Rooms a bit dated and bathrooms could be cleaner but still ok .. suppose everyone has different opinions on cleanliness.. Great location just a few mins walk to central railway station and 20 mins walk to Colloseum.. breakfast was nice with plenty of choices and I recommend the restaurant just out the front door and turn left. First one you come across.. the lasagne is awesome..
