the pool in the hotel is too big and rooms are damn awesome and with that the hotel is near the beach at the walking distance may be 100metres from beach it have almost all types of facility available .

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days, last week of Jan 17, Rooms were clean, and service were really good. Its has pool inside hotel and very much clean, foods were really nice, they are providing fresh cooked foods. Its just 5 min away from calangute beach. Peaceful area, no traffic sound. They provide mini bar with full of beers, with local market price. So over all it was nice stay.

Walk able distance from Beach, both from Baga and Calangute. Swimming pool is clean and good. Conveniently located at most happening place of north Goa. per hotel as per budget. co operative staff. food is fair enough.

Walkable distance from Beach, but not so close.
Old rooms but cleanliness is ok.
Swimming pool is clean and good.
Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake, quantity is very less.

Staffs were Courteous and the location of the hotel is Excellent, but not so worth its price
To Summarize,
Room- Clean and spacious , but lots of Cockroaches in both room and bathroom.
Bathroom- Clean and spacious unless you don't encounter Cockroaches.
Room Service- Not good, AC and TV was not working and was not repaired till the end of our stay.
No hot water which is expected as basic
Overall Food- Too costly.
Breakfast- Not included which should have been in 3100 per day rate
No shower kit as this too is expected to be included in this price which is definitely not less.
