Although we had a pleasant stay, we found it odd that this hotel was rated as a 4-star hotel. The room was very nice, but very standard -- nothing special, but quiet. There was a problem, though with the sliding door to the bathroom in that one needed to struggle to move the sliding door. The breakfast was Italian standard; nothing special. The people who worked there were all very friendly and helpful, so that was somewhat of a plus point. The restaurant, though, left quite a bit to be desired. Despite the helpful and overly worked waitress (too many tables for that one girl), the food was, as far as Italian standards go, sub-standard. Overcooked pasta (hmmm? in Italy!!!!), and it was noisy. One could barely have a on-on-one conversation in the dining area if there were loud people anywhere in the area, given the echo/reverberation (they need sound baffles!).

I visit the area often, and this is the best hotel to stay.
Food is good, rooms are large and bathroom is nice. Cleaning could be a bit better, and rooms are slowly going to need some freshup/maintenance ( minor issues ).
The staff is very friendly, for sure the Best hotel to stay in this area!

Booked this hotel at short notice, travelling on business. Staff were friendly and approachable. Great understanding of the English language and fluent.
The suite was absolutely huge, could easily sleep 4, dining table, small kitchenette including fridge.
There was no welcome guide in the room, so was learning how the lights in the room worked by trial and error.
The aircon didn't work. It wasn't hot this time in Italy with it only getting as high as 20c, so I was lucky to arrive back at the room and it being 23, moved the temprature guage to 16, and nothing happened, moved it to fan, a short pulse of fan then it went off again. Having read other reviews, it's likely to happen throughout the hotel.
The WiFi was borderline awful. It barely connected in the room (407) to which I had to use data on my phone to connect for work.
Breakfast selection was really, really, really weak. Two hot options of bacon and egg and that was it for that. Mediocre cold options, although I'm not much of a breakfast eater so it didn't annoy me, but if I was, I would certainly be disgruntled.
The restaurant is open at set times for breakfast and also for evening meal. Although I didn't dine here the prices were very reasonable for a hotel.
My biggest annoyance was the bed, it was like sleeping on a sheet of metal or on concrete. I have focal neuropathy and when I wake up in the morning it's when I normally feel best, but lord above did I feel worse in the morning. Just extremely uncomfortable. A recommendation from me is to put a mattress topper or something on top and to provide more than 1 pillow per person. Luckily as it was me I had 4, but if that was a full room, I wouldn't be impressed.
Not much else to say really, just a few small changes would perfect this hotel. Will I stay again? Perhaps? I'll have a look around but I wouldn't rule it out for the imperfections.

As I am staying regularly in this hotel it is a disappointment that the level of this hotel is declining - restaurant is remodelled but the prices increase, breakfast has very little choice after 8.30 since they are not replenish and they have also change the WiFi access - it is still free but you can connect with one device only (and if you disconnecting i.e. mobile phone you can not connect with laptop although stated so), no free minibar as it was some time ago, even free water is missing (as it also was in the past),...
Fortunately the personnel is still very helpful and try to assist the guests any way possible but my opinion is that hotel management is going in other direction and that they are focusing more on transit guests which are not returning.

Perfect modern hotel close to the beauty of Bassano del Grappa. Recently remodeled restaurant, very comfortable rooms and an amazing staff make this a great place to stay. First time staying here for me, will use again when I come back for business. Excellent value as well
