Plus point for tourist is, it is situated at the prime location of the city i.e. mall road. Room was small but beautiful, room service was very fast and food was also good.If you want to enjoy late night at mall road and want best hotel at budget price then definitely you can go with this hotel.

Located on the prime street of Gangtok.
OK Rooms, clean sheets and bathrooms.
Food quality way below average. Service provided not so up to the mark.
Do not expect any stunning views but good to roam around the mall road street any time of the day.
No vehicles allowed till the hotel, can be a trek if your vehicle drops you at a far off distance.

We stayed at Hotel golden heights for 2 nights and enjoyed to the core due to its location. Maintenance could have been little better. Food is good and not expensive. Hot water is available all the time. Service is very good.

This hotel is located on MG Marg itself and is very good if you want to have a morning view of the MG Marg and it's walkers. Medical shops, hotels and tourist agents including Sikkim Tourism Development Corporation is on MG Marg and it is convenient to stay here.
The restaurant service was average. Time taken was more for food service and is little understaffed. Room did not have a TV remote and the TV was always on, we had to switch off the main switch to sleep. Charging points were not well maintained and it was tough to keep the charger on. Ergonomics wise, the bedside switches were not close to the bed and we have to get up each time.
The hotel is good overall, but gas scope for improvement.

We stayed here for 3 nights. I have given rating of average as room was not so good. some unused furniture was kept in our room corner. Phone in the room was noisy so it was difficult to hear . Room was facing MG road and it was great view in morning from the room. Breakfast was very good ! do not use travel agent at the hotel as his service is poor and never on time .room was on 4th floor without lift ( we could manage but it would be difficult for senior citizens )
