Location of hotel is great. It is near to consulate and airport as well. If you are single and want to stay for one night then this hotel is great for you. Staff is very cooperative. Near by phonix mall, so you can visit that too. Problem with the hotel is, it is on main road and with the traffic going on you can't have good sleep. Also it doesn't have lift and I was staying at 3rd floor.

A budget hotel with basic amenities. Rooms need maintenance. However stay was comfortable and the room service was good. They have a good spread of North Indian dishes on their menu card and as per Mumbai standards reasonably priced. No South Indian dishes available.

I visited this hotel in the Summers. I booked two rooms. The rooms were small, but are clean. Bathrooms were clean and amenities were provided. The rooms were full Air-conditioned. Complementary breakfast was included in the tariff. breakfast was heavy and tasty. the hotel is near from Domestic Airport. Staff were little rude.

Had a nice stay at Golden Palace Hotel. The best thing about the hotel is its location. BKC, LTT railway station, International Airport and Phoenix Marketcity all are located within few kilometers distance.
Suffocating ambience

I had a very troubling and frustrating stay at the hotel. Initially, the room allocated to me was on the third floor. There was no elevator to reach the floor making it very uncomfortable to access the room. Again, staying in the room has been very agitating. This is due to the location of the hotel on a busy road causing me insomnia at night. Not to mention, the noise is aggravated by industries located beside the hotel. Admittedly, these factories are involved in fabrication and repair of automobiles. The commotion is discernible throughout the day. Is it really a suitable place to have a hotel?
Furthermore, the room condition has been absolutely dismal. The bathroom has had leaky taps dripping water at a fast rate. The room was unhygienic, wherein the bed sheets provided to my family had been torn and unclean. There was accumulation of dust underneath the bed indicating that cleaning had been the least priority of the hotel policies.
What is more, although the hotel boasts of an excellent restaurant, its quality is absolutely mediocre. The food served to me at lunch was very spicy, and the decor was very nauseating, the proof of which could be observed in the unclean cutlery and contamination underneath the tables. Moreover, nothing is served before 7.30 am. This instigated inconvenience to me as I am an early starter.
Last but not least, the hotel front office staff is uninterested in serving customers. At the time of checkout, when I wanted to leave my luggage with them for a couple of hours, they displayed an inappropriate gesture indicating that they were uncomfortable to have my luggage in their custody. This trend is quite contrary to what hotels offer in India. Therefore, I ended up carrying my luggage despite being inconvenient to me. In addition, the hotel charges an additional tax during the check out irrespective of the online booking, which is nothing but highway robbery. This exorbitant tax is levied in spite of not furnishing a basic Wi-Fi facility. Therefore, it is preferable to avoid the hotel as everything advertised about it is so misleading.
